SPECIFICATIONS
Walking board products moulded using SMC high-temperature thermosetting moulding are characterised by their smooth surface and neat, uniform appearance.
The surface design features 1.5 mm high anti-slip patterns, which are integrally moulded using a moulding process, eliminating the need for secondary processing or spraying. It is durable and has a long service life, which is consistent with the product itself, and requires no maintenance or re-spraying.
The locking hole design features clear and concise operating instructions, facilitating on-site installation and use.
The front and rear of the board are designed with drainage grooves to help drain water from both sides, preventing the iron frame or cables at the bottom from being affected by accumulated water.
Product Performance
Flame Retardant Properties:
After undergoing a vertical flame test, the results of the bridge walkway board comply with the V-0 or HB grade specifications in GB/T5169.16.
Impact Resistance:
After being tested with a 15J hammer, the bridge walkway showed no cracks, fissures, or breakage.
Low Temperature Impact Performance:
After undergoing low-temperature testing, the bridge walkway was subjected to a 10J energy hammer test, with no cracks, fissures, fragmentation observed.
Seismic Performance:
Complies with the provisions of Category II of the vibration test types specified in TB/T2846-2015. After testing, no deformation affecting the shape, damage to the fit, or functional impairment occurs.
Ageing Resistance:
UV accelerated ageing test for 6,000 hours, with performance changes not exceeding 20%.
Wind Resistance:
Composite walking boards were tested in a wind tunnel to simulate trains travelling at speeds of 150 km/h to 450 km/h (wind force 0 to 12). The walking board structure showed no deformation, and there was no
loosening of the connecting parts.
