AVATAR SMC COMPOSITE CABLE BRACKET

 
The Cable Bracket made of SMC compositematerial is currently the best alternative to metal products in terms of performance with high loading and longer service life in the worldwide.High-performance composite product can be customized with different strengths of structures and production processes according to the needs of different application scenarios.
Avatar currently adopts the SMC compression molding production process. The product is corrosion-resistant, flame-retardant, anti-static electricity, anti-oxidation, and UV-resistant, with a design life of 30 years and a practical life of over a hundred years.

·Figure 6 shows the installation position of the cable bracket components in the railway cable system.
The cable bracket used depends on the length of the bracket.
·Different lengths are divided into groups numbered 1 to 4.
Group 1: A15
| The bracket with a length less than or equal to 400mm iscapable of bearing a load greater than or equal to 15KN.
Group 2:A30
| The bracket with a length greater than 400mm butless than800mm(400mm<lGroup 3: A50)
| The bracket with a length greater than 800mm but less than 1600mm(800mm<lGroup 3: B80)
| The bracket with a length greater than 1600mm but less than 2600mm(1600mm)

Flame retardant grade

The flame retardant grade is FV0,(the highest grade of non-metallic mateials),and the smoke emission level is 15 when burned at high temperatures.The smoke is non-toxic,and the ttoxicity level is ZA1,which is considered safe ievel one.
